Macrophage inflammatory protein 3 beta (MIP-3 beta; CCL19, MIP-3?) is constitutively expressed in various lymphoid tissues (including thymus, lymph nodes, appendix and spleen). Its expression is downregulated by IL10. MIP-3 beta may play a role in normal lymphocyte recirculation and homing, as well as regulating the encounters between DC and T cells
