Fms-related tyrosine kinase 3 ligand Olink
Fms-related tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (Flt3L) is a homodimeric 235 amino acid cytokine expressed by T cells, bone marrow, and thymic fibroblasts. Both transmembrane and soluble forms bind to the Flt3 receptor to promote mobilization and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cell lineages including monocytes, immature dendritic cells, and early B lineage cells. Flt3L synergizes with other colony stimulating factors and interleukins to induce NK cell development and terminal B cell maturation. Flt3L has implications in myeloid leukemia and rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
